Uniform Policy

 All students are required to wear uniforms

Uniform and Dress Code:

Tops:  White, Light Blue, Dark Blue with collar

• Knit polo type, Oxford or woven dress shirts, blouses, turtle necks, mock neck.  Short or long sleeves.  
• Must be plain, solid color.  No colored trim, stripes, embroidery, decoration, etc.
• Students may wear a Brooklyn Spirit T- shirt or College T- Shirt on Fridays (Optional).

Bottoms:  Navy Blue Only

• Slacks, walking shorts, skirts, Capri pants, jeans, skorts, skirted jumpers.  Girls may wear leggings in white or navy blue.
• Must be plain, solid-color twill, wool, corduroy or dark blue denim fabric.

Shoes:  Any type of sneaker or closed toe shoe may be worn.  Shoes with heels or wheels are not permitted.
Jackets, sweaters, coats, etc.:  Any kind of jacket, coat or cardigan is permitted as long as it is not disruptive, distracting, or display offensive language or symbols.
Wednesday is College T-Shirt Day:  Students can wear a college t-shirt with their uniform bottoms/jeans on Wednesdays.
Friday is Brooklyn Spirit Day:  Students can wear their Brooklyn spirit t-shirts with their uniform bottoms/jeans on Fridays.

Uniformes y Código de Vestuario:
Camisa:  Solamente de color blanco, azul claro, azul marino con cuello

• Camisa con cuello, estilo polo, de vestir estilo.  
• Oxford con cuello, o con cuello alto, o blusa sencilla y de color solido.
• Camisa sin decoración, rayas, bordado u otros colores.
• Estudiantes pueden usar su playera de Brooklyn o playera de un colegio cada viernes (Opcional).

• Pantalon, pantaloon corto, falda, jeans, skort.
• Estilo sencillo, de tela cruzada, pana, o mezclilla azul oscura

Calzado:  Cualquier zapato o tenis de punta cerrada.  No se permiten zapato de tacon o con ruedas.

Suéter, Chaqueta o Abrigos: Se permite cualquier suéter, chaqueta o abrigo que no sea disruptivo, distracción, o demuestre lenguaje o símbolos ofensivos
Miercoles es Dia de Colegio:  Estudiantes pueden usar camisetas de colegios los miercoles con sus pantalones de uniforme o mezclilla
Viernes:  Estudiantes pueden usar camisetas de Brooklyn los viernes con sus sus pantalones de uniforme o mezclilla
